Parent & Child Yoga with  Leslie Wilda, Wednesday, May 11, 10:00am:Come play yoga! In this interactive class grown-ups are required to release their inner child and ignite their imagination along with the kids as we become dogs, cats, elephants and lions all in one class! Come experience a playful approach to yoga through movement, music, games, storytelling and laughter. Cloth Diapering 101, Sunday, April 10, 11:00am: Thinking about cloth diapers? Have questions? Have tips to share? Come to for an introduction to cloth diapering. This casual gathering is a great opportunity to learn all about cloth diapering, get hands-on advice on diapering choices, etc. It is also a chance to meet other parents who are using cloth diapers or thinking about it. FREE, no RSVP required!

Clothing Diapering 101 is now offered at Milagros on the 2nd Sunday and the 4th Saturday of every month!

Normally sign up for these classes may be done through the Red Cross website but they are doing some updating and on-line sign-up isn’t possible.

SO! If you would like to sign up for the October class (or any future class) please do so the old fashion way, over the phone. Just call the Red Cross registrars directly at 503-280-1440 and they will take care of the rest.

The class provides hands-on instruction on what to do if your infant or child is choking, rescue breathing, basic CPR and First Aid. You are welcome to bring your baby with you to this class.

We have just learned that the February 9, 2010 class is full but there are still openings for the March class.
