The Moby Swaddle Blanket was inspired by a public health nurse, Monica Soderstrom. Monica had a tough time finding a swaddling blanket that was soft and stretchy enough for a great swaddle – and big enough to safely swaddle a baby. Monica often recommended the Moby Wrap to her clients because it offers a soft, snuggly way to carry your baby close to your heart. She approached the owners of Moby Wrap and asked them if they would consider designing the perfect swaddle blanket.
