World AIDS Day Fundraiser and Breakfast. 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. at Concordia University, Second Floor Hagen Center, 2811 NE Holman St., Portland (parking at NE 27th and Holman). Sponsored by Concordia University, this fundraiser will benefit EMO’s HIV Day Center–celebrating 20 years of service as the only HIV drop-in center serving greater Portland’s most vulnerable, low income, HIV-positive individuals. The keynote speaker will be Multnomah County Chair Ted Wheeler. The breakfast is free; however, donations will be solicited.
