Vote Yes on 49
Update: Measure 49 Passed! Thank you Oregon!
If you wonder why you should vote, yes on 49 all you need to do is take a drive to the Oregon coast and look at all the “NO on 49 Signs” in our beautiful Oregon farm and forestland. If even a quarter of those properties have a Measure 37 claim, our beautiful landscape will be permanently scarred if Measure 49 doesn’t pass.

Measure 49 is a workable, positive compromise for Oregon that allows land-owners to build on any property – even high quality farmland – regardless of the zoning but while still maintaining Oregon’s quality of life for generations to come.
So vote “yes” for farms, forests, wildlife, and open space! Vote yes on 49!
BTW – we also support Measure 50 – the healthy kids initiative…So vote “yes” on that too while you are at it!
