Birthing From Within is a unique childbirth preparation class. We will go over a wide variety of topics, from pregnancy support to pain-coping methods to baby care and breast-feeding. Birthing from Within is based on Pam England’s groundbreaking book of the same name. We will work together as a class to explore birth options, tame your fears, and integrate your innate ability to birth with our modern scientific knowledge.

This class meets 3 hours a week for four weeks beginning on Wednesday, July 4. The cost is $250 per couple, sliding scale available.
