There is a lot of confusion and concern over traveling with expressed breastmilk.

Almost as cool as pirates…
We were enjoying the lovely sunshine on a recent Sunday afternoon and walked through Alberta Park. We ended up witnessing a re-creation of combat and costumes from the Middle Ages through the Renaissance. Not your typical day at the park to be sure.
